Meet the Doctor

Dr. Trina Blackman-Morgan

Hi there!  Welcome to our website!  Most of my patients call me Dr. Trina.  I opened Blackman Family Chiropractic in 2003 with a lot of help from friends and family.  We had a vision to help as many people as possible discover thier true health potential.  I knew that people trully wanted to be well, but they were not quite sure how to do that.  My goal was to teach as many people as possible about chiropractic and how they could live better physically, mentally and socially with chiropractic.  From there, word started to spread!

We found that you were definitly looking for another option to keep your family healthy.  You did not want more drugs or surgery.  The more we have taught the more we are amazed at how many people have made a decision with their families to use chiropractic to live better lives.

Along with spinal adjusting I specialize in Cranial Adjusting (Cranial Adjusting Turner Style).  The human skull is structured like a puzzle, comprised of 22 bones joined by sutures. There is also a space between the brain and scull known as the arachnoid space. Within this space there is Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF) and a rich blood supply to the brain. Certain injuries to the skull can cause the bones to be knocked out of their proper alignment. These misalignments can interfere with an individual’s nerve, CSF and blood supply to the brain. A misaligned skull can also exert extra pressure on the brain which interferes with the brain’s nutrient and oxygen supply, where pain and altered functions can be a direct result of the added intra-cranial pressure.

When you sit in our office you will hear many stories of how peoples lives have been improved through chiropractic.  We invite to start your journey today.  Weather you are in good health or trying to scrap your way back we will do our best to help you.

I am always avaliable and would love to talk to you.

God Bless,

Dr. Trina

Dr. Airn Houlahan

Meet Dr. Airn Houlahan, originally from Beloit, Wisconsin. She became interested in chiropractic care at a young age and accomplished her dream in 2014, when Dr. Airn graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Her dream is to help families receive chiropractic care and believes early screenings can have a lifelong benefit for children and young adults.

As a child, age 10, she had migraines which afflicted her every day for 11 years. She tried medications, massage, and physical therapy to help with the pain but nothing eased her affliction. Dr. Airn began treatment with a chiropractor, the adjustments helped to relieve her migraines. Over time her migraines became less and less, now being nearly non-existent. Her life-long passion is to help as many people as she can, one person at a time.

Dr. Airn loves seeing the families of Roscoe and the surrounding towns. She looks forward to meeting many more!
